Update from Elections Committee (6/12)

Local 1549 members:

The secret ballot run-off election of Local 1549 Units 7, 10 and 11 is being conducted online/by phone using BallotPoint Election Services voting system. Eligible voters must cast their ballots either online (QR code and Internet) or by telephone by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024.

REQUESTS FOR DUPLICATES for the run-off election: members who do not receive a ballot by June 20 may contact the Election Committee to request that a duplicate ballot be mailed. Requests for duplicate ballots for a runoff election, if any, will not be accepted after June 20, 2024. All requests for duplicate ballots must include the following: 1. Member’s first and last name. 2. Member’s home mailing address (Street, City, State, Zip Code). 3. Member’s phone number. 4. Member’s email address, if available. 5. Member’s date of birth. 6. Last 4 digits of member’s Social Security number.

Cast ballots will be tallied June 28, 2024, at 5:30pm. Protests related to the conduct of runoff elections must be submitted to the Election Committee: electionscommittee7@gmail.com.
