Local 1549 Adminstratorship has been lifted

Local 1549 members, 

Today, March 3rd, President Saunders informed AFSCME Administrators and Local 1549 Elected Officers; 

The administratorship previously established over Clerical Administrative Employees New York, New York Local 1549, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (“AFSCME Local 1549”) has been terminated, effective immediately. Administrator Welles and Deputy Administrators Howell, Borges-Hernandez, Dowdell and Terrelonge will return all property of AFSCME Local 1549 that remains in their possession to the appropriate officers of AFSCME Local 1549 and will provide a final accounting of the administratorship to AFSCME Local 1549 and the International Executive Board as required by the International Constitution.

Today AFSCME Administrators met with the Elected Executive Board at Local 1549, 30 Vesey St.

All Local 1549 property was turned over to the Elected Officers.
